I'm usually pleased with the service here. Most of the staff is personable and helpful. Since this is the on-campus location it can definitely get full in the morning with long lines but the staff works expeditiously to meet the needs of the customers. There is also outside seating for nice weather days and plenty of space to study and work.

You've never seen slower service. Must be short staffed. Cashier friendly. Food orders stalled entire restaurant this Saturday. At 11am, line the full length of restaurant and about 15 people crowding Baskin Robbins counter waiting for food. Waited 30 minutes in line to place order. Was able to watch kitchen after I ordered. Worker was so slow. Almost intentionally slow. No sense of urgency.
I'm still going to chalk this up to a staffing issue. Been here 70 minutes now (I ate) and still 25-30 people in line. -

Excellent service from Leslie! Called in my order and they were ready when I came to pick it up. She was very helpful on the phone and made sure that my order was in "order"! I love this campus DD location, where the service is way much better than the other DD's in town. Keep up the great customer service!

This Dunkin/Baskin Robbins is directly across the street from FSU's main gate. It has a great location for students, faculty and administrators.
They're obviously used to high volume at this location. We came in on a Sunday morning, walking in behind a group of 10 students. Ugh!!! I thought it would take forever until I even got to order. Each of the students ordered breakfast sandwiches and complicated coffee drinks that I didn't even know were on Dunkin's menu. At my regular Dunkin location, this would have taken 15-20 minutes.
Their staff is incredibly efficient. I waited, ordered, and had my coffee and food in hand, within 5 minutes. Very impressive.
The seating/table area was clean. I liked that there were electric outlets and USB ports at all the tables. They also had a cute outside patio area shaded by trees where most people sat. There is no drive through or dedicated parking at this location. -

Been going to this place for 4 years, great location for FSU students. Never had a problem with the food, always delicious to me. They know how to handle their lines and they get their job done fast. The employees are always pleasant when I go. A great Dunkin' on an even better campus
